Shipping and delivery policy

Montana Valet Waste Management, DBA Montana Valet Surfaces (“Montana Valet Surfaces,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing efficient delivery of flooring materials and related products.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship and deliver within approved service areas. Certain products or oversized freight shipments may have geographic delivery limitations.
Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure whether delivery is available in your area.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Manufacturer delays
- Freight carrier schedules
- Weather conditions
- Inventory availability
- Holidays
- Events outside our reasonable control
Montana Valet Surfaces is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or supply chain disruptions.
3. Freight & Flooring Deliveries
Many flooring products are shipped via freight carrier and may require curbside delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles
- Verifying delivery information is accurate
- Arranging assistance for unloading heavy materials if necessary
Additional delivery charges may apply for:
- Remote locations
- Re-delivery attempts
- Missed appointments
- Limited-access locations
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all materials immediately upon delivery.
If products appear damaged, missing, or incorrect:
- Note the issue with the delivery carrier when possible
- Take photos of the shipment and packaging
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect eligibility for claims or replacement materials.
5. Storage & Acclimation
Certain flooring materials may require acclimation prior to installation. Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for specific acclimation requirements.
Customers are responsible for storing products in climate-controlled conditions and following manufacturer acclimation recommendations before installation.
Improper storage or acclimation may void manufacturer warranties.
6. Delivery Delays & Liability
Montana Valet Surfaces is not liable for:
- Incidental or consequential damages caused by shipping delays
- Installation delays due to material availability
- Labor costs resulting from delayed shipments
- Customer scheduling conflicts related to delivery timing
